Data Deletion Instructions
You can remove a Facebook or Instagram connection and request deletion of the information Ainetra Social holds about it. You can also request deletion of your Ainetra Social account or uploaded media.
Last updated:
1. Disconnect the account in Ainetra Social
- Sign in to Ainetra Social and select the workspace that owns the connection.
- Open Settings → Social accounts. In the current interface, these labels are “Ayarlar” and “Sosyal hesaplar / Kanallar”.
- Find the connected Facebook or Instagram account and choose Disconnect (“Bağlantıyı kes”). Only the workspace owner can manage connections; if you are a member, ask the owner to do this.
- Repeat for each account you want to disconnect. Review any pending publishing schedules and cancel those you no longer want.
Disconnecting removes the stored credential for that connection from Ainetra Social. It does not revoke authorization at Meta, delete your Ainetra Social account, erase connection or publishing history, or remove posts already published.
2. Remove access in Facebook
- Sign in to the Facebook profile used to authorize the connection.
- Open Settings & privacy → Settings and look for Business integrations. Depending on Facebook's interface, the connection may appear under Apps and websites.
- Find Ainetra Social, choose Remove and confirm. Review any options Facebook displays for previously shared content.
Removing access in Facebook and disconnecting in Ainetra Social are separate actions. Neither action by itself erases all information already stored in Ainetra Social. If you cannot sign in to Ainetra Social, you can still remove access in Facebook and contact support for deletion.
3. Request deletion of Meta or account data
Contact Ainetra Social support through the support channel provided when your account or workspace was set up. If you use a shared workspace, ask its owner to help you reach support. Never send your password or OAuth access tokens in a support request.
State that you are making a Meta/Facebook data deletion request or an Ainetra Social account deletion request. Include only the information needed to locate the records:
- The email address used for your Ainetra Social account and the relevant workspace name, if you have an account.
- The connected Facebook Page name or identifier, or Instagram username, if your request concerns Meta data.
- What you want deleted: Meta connection data, specific content or uploaded media, your personal account, or an entire workspace you own.
If you no longer have access to the service, or do not have an Ainetra Social login, explain this and identify the affected Meta account or Page. Support may need to verify your identity and authority over the data before acting.
Account and permanent data deletion are handled through support; the current interface does not provide a self-service account deletion button. Moving an item to trash is not a permanent data deletion request.
What deletion covers
A Meta data request can cover stored access credentials, connected account identifiers and profile information, and associated integration records held by Ainetra Social. Ask explicitly if you also want uploaded media, drafts or publishing records removed. Deleting a personal account does not automatically authorize deletion of a shared workspace or other users' content.
After verification, support can confirm the scope, any further information needed and the outcome of your request. Limited information may need to remain for security, legal obligations or dispute resolution; backup copies may remain until the applicable retention cycle ends. See the Privacy Policy for more about retention.
Ainetra Social deletion does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account, copies shared by others, or posts already held by Meta. To remove a published post, use the deletion controls on Facebook or Instagram.
