Terms of Service
These terms describe your responsibilities when using Ainetra Social to prepare, manage and publish social media content. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using Ainetra Social
Ainetra Social provides tools for business profiles, media management, content planning, review, approval and social media publishing. Available features depend on your workspace, account role, service configuration and connected platforms.
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use the service only for accounts and businesses you are authorized to manage. Workspace owners are responsible for granting appropriate access to their team.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give Ainetra Social permission to store, process, format and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, including delivery to a connected platform when you authorize publishing.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for uploaded photos, videos, music, captions and other material, including permission to use personal information or images of other people.
Review drafts, assisted suggestions, edited media, target accounts and schedules before approving or publishing. Automated or AI-assisted output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your business.
Connected platforms and publishing
Facebook and Instagram connections require your authorization through Meta. You must follow the applicable platform terms, content rules and permission requirements. You can disconnect an account in Ainetra Social and remove authorization in Facebook.
Publishing depends on valid permissions, available platform APIs and the content requirements of the selected account. Delivery may fail, be delayed or have an uncertain result. Check the publishing status and the platform before retrying an uncertain attempt, because retrying may create a duplicate post.
Disconnecting an integration does not delete posts already published on Facebook or Instagram. Manage or remove those posts on the platform itself.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ainetra Social to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content, send spam, impersonate others, access accounts without permission, expose private credentials, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
Access may be limited or suspended to address misuse, security concerns or platform restrictions.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to operate a reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free output, successful publication at a specific time or a particular social media result. Features and platform integrations may change or become unavailable.
Keep copies of important source media and review publishing results. You are responsible for your content, approvals and use of connected accounts. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ainetra Social is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform outages, permission changes or content you authorize. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, account closure and support
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations or request account and data deletion using the data deletion instructions. Removing a connection alone does not close your Ainetra Social account.
Contact Ainetra Social support through the support channel provided when your account or workspace was set up. If you use a shared workspace, ask its owner to help you reach support. Never send your password or OAuth access tokens in a support request.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Review updated terms before continuing to use the service.
