Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ainetra Social handles information when you manage social media content and connect Facebook or Instagram accounts.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Information we process

  • Account and workspace information: your name, email address, password hash, workspace memberships, roles, business profile and brand settings.
  • Social account information: the Facebook Page and Instagram professional account identifiers, names, usernames, account relationships, permissions and connection status returned by Meta for accounts you authorize.
  • OAuth credentials: access tokens and related permission and expiry information needed to access connected accounts. We do not collect your Facebook or Instagram password.
  • Content and media: photos, videos and files you upload, captions, drafts, generated or edited versions, content plans, approvals and publishing schedules.
  • Publishing and activity records: delivery attempts, platform post identifiers and links, errors, connection events and workspace actions.
  • Session and security information: session cookies, authentication records, technical error information and abuse-prevention records, which may include hashed email or IP identifiers.

Why we use this information

We use this information to provide accounts and shared workspaces, organize and prepare content, support review and approval, connect authorized social accounts, and publish approved content through the publishing actions and schedules you configure.

We also use it to show publishing results, troubleshoot problems, secure the service, prevent misuse and respond to support or deletion requests. If you choose an analysis or assisted content feature, it processes the business information or media needed for that feature.

Facebook, Instagram and other third parties

Connecting Meta accounts uses Meta's OAuth authorization flow. Ainetra Social accesses the accounts and permissions you authorize. Publishing sends the relevant media, caption and account information to Meta. Meta may fetch media through a temporary publishing link.

Information sent to Facebook or Instagram is also handled under Meta's Privacy Policy and the platform's terms. Ainetra Social cannot control how Meta retains a published post or how other people share it.

Service providers supporting hosting, storage, backups and operations may process information needed to run the service. If an enabled feature uses an external processing provider, the information needed for that feature may be sent to that provider. Authorized members of your workspace can access information according to their role.

Storage and retention

Account, workspace and content records are kept while needed to provide the service. Publishing history, audit records and content moved to trash may remain after an item or connection is removed. Moving content to trash is not permanent deletion.

Tokens stored for active Meta connections are encrypted. Disconnecting an account removes its stored connection credential from Ainetra Social, but does not erase all related account information or publishing history.

Deletion requests are reviewed for the data involved and your authority over it. Limited records may need to be retained for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup retention cycle ends. Support can explain any retention that applies to your request.

Security and cookies

Ainetra Social uses password hashing, encrypted stored Meta credentials, server-side sessions, workspace access controls and HTTPS in production. Session and short-lived authorization cookies support sign-in and account connections. These measures reduce risk, but no service can guarantee complete security.

Keep your sign-in details private, review workspace access and connect only accounts you are authorized to manage.

Your choices and contact

You can disconnect social accounts in Settings and remove Ainetra Social's access in Facebook. To request deletion of Meta-related information, uploaded media or your Ainetra Social account, follow the data deletion instructions. You can also contact support about access to or correction of your information.

Contact Ainetra Social support through the support channel provided when your account or workspace was set up. If you use a shared workspace, ask its owner to help you reach support. Never send your password or OAuth access tokens in a support request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
